There are two statues that were magic. They could speak like an ordinary human. One day a little girl walked past the statues. She was curious because she heard someone talking when she was on her own. She started to explore the place she was in and, BANG! One of the talking statues fell on the floor and hurt its metal. The little girl called Emily took him to her house and fixed him, and after a while the statue said”thank you so, so much for fixing me”.After that Emily said bye to the statue and went back home.
Did you ever hear of the talking statues? They’re creepy
They like to watch you when you are sleepy.
They wash your nightmares clean away,
to make sure you feel safe and sound every night and day.
The statues have a dog called mog,
that helps them clean away the fog
To help keep an eye on you,
they have a household pet called Sue
They’re leaving next year
so you will have more things to fear
They have a replacement
in two years they will be sent
I know what to do
look after their cow called MOO MOO
